*Each service we provide has a base cost estimated from the materials, time and workload required for the service to be done correctly and is subject to change.

 Our Cleaning and Organizing Services include:

​

• 2-hour maintenance cleans - (2 or more rooms are serviced and maintained in a household per 2-hour cleans.) This service can be customized by switching out different rooms in a home or business any time before a scheduled visit. This is better suited for a household or business that requires light service and would be offered to a client that just needs help maintaining the cleanliness of the household. *We do not move enormous amounts of personal items off the floor or surfaces, nor do we touch personal expensive electronics or valuable items. * We charge per room. Each room has a different set price. *

 

Cleaning duties for 2-hour cleans consist of:

*Light Dusting (ceilings/vents/walls/blinds)

* Vacuuming

*Mopping

 *Cleaning surfaces

light bathroom clean (toilet, surfaces and floor only)

*Taking out trash

• Deep-Cleans - QUOTE REQUIRED - Whole house is serviced as is and requires attention to detail and scrubbing.

Cleaning duties for Deep-Cleans consist of:

*Dusting (ceilings/vents/walls/blinds)

* Vacuuming

*Mopping

 *Cleaning surfaces

*Full bathroom clean (toilet/surfaces/floor/shower/tub)

*Full kitchen clean (sink/surfaces/dishes/floor/oven)

*Taking out trash

• Move out cleans - QUOTE REQUIRED – (Detailed cleans of whole house or apartments to be ready for move in.) *Pricing varies*

Our Pet Care Services includes:

• Weekly Walkings - Up to 2 walking's a week

• Weekly Poop Scooping - Up to 2 poop scooping's a week

Extra Services provided:

• Apartment trash removal - (Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly plans available.) Service includes scheduled pulling of trash cans or free-standing garbage bags from tenants’ doors to the dumpster to ensure overall cleanliness.

• Garage/closet organization clean - QUOTE REQUIRED – Help with organizing belongings and cleaning out trash within the client’s garage, closet or both. 

​

• Floor care QUOTE REQUIRED – (Help maintaining hardwood, tile, linoleum and carpet floors within a household or business with proper floor care equipment.)
